Question: Skype

I'm running late today so I don't have much time (my son just came into my room and jumped into my arms so we had a few minutes of snuggle time. How cute!) It's 6:04 a.m. and I need to leave for work in about 40 mins. So real quick: I've installed Skype on my PC and was able to get it to work fine. However, I can't figure out (without buying software) how to record the audio from both ends. I've read about how people say that you need "virtual patch cables" to do that. I had hope that this would be easy, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Anyone out there know how to easily record both ends of a conversation in Skype? If you do, drop me a line.

In other news, I'm still waiting for a decision on my video blog. The site that I'm working with is reviewing the content. I'm hoping to know more in a few days. I know they're concerned about the advertisement portion (my mentioning the name of the video blog and its Website). I'm not sure how we'll get over that issue, but I first have to see what they want/don't want and then I can make my decision from there.

It would be rather cool to be able to put this all together and have some good fun with it. As to whether it'll all work out, who knows. Right now the time factor is increasingly becoming difficult. We've less than 3 weeks until we move. Last night I was packing up some clothes that I know I won't be wearing between now and then. The date is fast approaching!
